Our repairs service is very busy at the moment. We know that some of our residents are waiting longer than usual for a repair to be completed. Please accept our apologies if you are affected by this. We are aware of the situation and are working hard behind the scenes to improve our response times.
You can check the progress of your current repair, or log a new repair request, through MyHomeOnline, our online customer portal. We will confirm an appointment date as soon as possible.
