Rent increases are set by the government and are capped below inflation at 7% for the coming financial year. Service charges will also be increasing, these are not subject to the rent cap as we charge for the actual cost of the service being delivered.  Some people living in blocks with communal services will unfortunately see significant increases. This is because of the unprecedented increase in energy costs that we’ve all seen recently. This has pushed up the cost of communal electricity and gas.
