From 1 May to 9 June 2023, we’re reaching out to all our residents because we’d love to hear your thoughts on how we deliver resident engagement.

Resident engagement explained

Resident engagement is about listening to your views and about us working together to ensure we’re continually learning and improving the services we deliver to you. We want to work with you to create a range of exciting and rewarding ways for you to get involved.

We hope this will enable as many residents as possible to continue to help shape our services, have a real say in the things that matter the most to you and hold us to account.

What will the survey ask?

At this stage we’ll just be asking you to tell us if and how you’d like to get involved with designing and improving our services. We’ll use what you tell us to create an updated Resident Engagement Strategy.
