Firstly, a huge thank you to all 914 of you who completed the Resident Engagement Survey. Hearing from you and knowing what is important to you is vital when designing our approach to resident engagement.

Following our merger with Rosebery Housing Association in April, and five schemes transferring to Town & Country Housing from Rapport Housing & Care in June, we’re extending our consultation period to make sure everyone’s views can be included ahead of the strategy being published in December.

Between now and then we’ll be doing further analysis of the findings. We’ll also be hosting some co-design sessions towards the end of the year so residents and staff can come together to determine what future resident engagement looks like at TCH.
