Make Things Right campaign

You may have seen the government’s ‘Make Things Right’ campaign recently. This has been launched to make sure that people living in social housing know their rights, know how to complain, feel listened to and confident that their voice will be heard.

We’re pleased to see the government raising awareness around these issues. Its campaign is very much in line with our approach at Town & Country Housing. We want to listen to and learn from our residents’ voice, using your feedback to review and improve our services.

We always want to provide you with the best possible service, but we understand that there will be times when things go wrong and you want to complain. When a resident complains we always aims to treat the complaint seriously, investigate it fairly and put things right quickly.

You can find out more about how to make a complaint, and what to expect from us when you do, on our website.

And this site from the government gives more information on the ‘Make Things Right’ campaign.
