You can contact us via email at info@tch.org.uk, web chat through our website www.tch.org.uk or by calling us on 01892 501480. The phone line will be open for out of hours emergency repairs.

Power cuts

Due to the high winds there is an increased chance of power cuts. UK Power Networks is urging anyone who sees that an overhead power line is down to keep clear, and call its emergency line on 105.

Its website details how to prepare for a power cut, as well as information on current power cuts and when they will be fixed, and details of the Priority Services Register, for those who may need more support during a power cut.

Flood warnings

Some flood warnings are in place, and you can check if your area is affected through the government’s Check for Flooding Service – https://check-for-flooding.service.gov.uk/alerts-and-warnings
