Our new resident email series has launched!
We’ve been working to create a ‘welcome to your new home’ email series to provide new residents with useful information about their tenancy and our services. The series, which contains six emails in total, are sent over their first two-weeks as a TCH resident.
While these emails are aimed at new tenants, they contain a range of information that existing residents may find useful. You can take a look at each email by using the links below:

Over the coming months, we will analyse the data and information shared in the feedback from residents and will continue to refine the emails based on this.
We will also be working on a non-digital version that we can give to residents who do not wish/can’t receive emails.
