Our Resident Scrutiny Panel has recently reviewed our Tenancy Support Service. Following this review, they told us that it wasn’t completely clear what services the team offers and said that the information available was a little bit confusing.

Since the review, we have changed the name of the service from ‘Tenancy Sustainment’ to ‘Tenancy Support’. We have also updated the information on our website to clearly explain what the service provides and how residents can access it.
