It’s now 18 months since TCH and Epsom-based Rosebery Housing Association merged. During that time there’s been a huge amount of work going on to create a stronger, more robust organisation that brings together the best from both areas of the business.

When we merged, we knew that Rosebery residents might be concerned about the loss of local services, and so we made sure to continue using the Rosebery Housing name and brand identity.

Now we’ve demonstrated that we’re still providing services locally to residents in the old Rosebery areas, we feel it’s the right time for the whole new organisation to take on the Town & Country Housing name and brand.

One of the main changes is that, as of 25 September, the former Rosebery website is being diverted to tch.org.uk

The TCH site has been expanded to include specific information for our residents in the former Rosebery areas, for example how to report a repair, details on rent payment and contact details.

To make sure that all residents can access the information they need we’ve added post code checkers on certain pages. When you see these, simply pop in your post code and you’ll be directed to the right information, based on where you live.
