Updated Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Related Posts
We’ve just updated our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to include new statistics that compare our performance against other social housing providers.
TSMs were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing in April 2023. Since then, all social housing providers have been measuring how they’re doing across 22 different service criteria.
The results are vital in helping us to understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.
What we’re doing to improve
We know from your feedback that we need to provide a better repairs service, get better at demonstrating that we’re acting on what you tell us and improve how we handle complaints.
While we’re pleased to see that we’re performing well compared to other social housing providers, we want to make sure we continue to improve our services.

Working together for better services
Our results show that we have work to do, but we’re headed in the right direction. We’re listening and are committed to taking action to deliver better, more responsive services that remain locally focused.
We aim to report our performance updates to you twice a year and keep you updated with cases studies about how we’re improving services – check out our You said, we’re doing articles for more information.
