We’re carrying out an extensive redevelopment of our Showfields estate in Tunbridge Wells, which will see 68 properties replaced with 83 modern, energy efficient homes. The project will also include a substantial upgrade of the local area with a safer street layout, upgrade of green spaces and improved cycle paths.  

As part of its contract with Town & Country Housing our contractor, Hill Group, is committed to offering training, job opportunities (including apprenticeships) and work experience to local Town & Country Housing residents.
