Swale Heating Ltd, our trusted service partner for annual gas servicing, breakdowns, and upgrades in Kent and Sussex, is changing its name. From 17 February, they will be known as Sureserve Compliance South.
While their name and branding are evolving, we want to reassure you that their services to Town & Country Housing residents will remain unchanged.
What to expect during the transition
As the company moves to its new brand identity, you may still see Swale Heating Ltd logos on vehicles and uniforms for a short time. These will be gradually updated over the coming months.
Additionally, engineer uniforms, ID cards, and vehicle livery will be updated to reflect the new branding. When an engineer visits your home, you may notice their ID card featuring the new Sureserve Compliance South logo (see image).
