It’s vital that residents’ views and opinions are heard throughout the organisation, which is why we’re about to start a campaign to recruit residents to our Board and Resident Experience Committee.

No previous experience or specific qualifications are needed for either opportunity. All we ask for is commitment to the roles, a keen interest in everything we do, and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of our Board and Resident Experience Committee decision making.
