Last chance to share your views with the Housing Ombudsman

There’s still time to have your say on how the Housing Ombudsman plans to work over the next five years – but don’t wait too long! The consultation closes on 31 March 2025, so if you’ve been meaning to take part, now’s your chance.

The Ombudsman plays a key role in making sure housing providers – like us – listen to and learn from complaints. They’re now inviting residents across the country to share their thoughts on their new Business Plan and 5-Year Strategy.

There are two short surveys you can complete, depending on what interests you most:

  • Survey 1: Share your views on the Corporate Strategy 2025–30, including four key objectives and how success will be measured.
  • Survey 2: Comment on the Business Plan for 2025–26, which outlines detailed actions for the year ahead.

Whether you’ve used their service before or simply care about making housing services better, your opinion matters. The surveys are quick and easy to fill in online.
