You said we’re doing… Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) results help us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. They’re also a key tool for our residents to check how well we’re performing as a landlord.

We publish the TSMs on our website and write about them in our newsletter. We want to make sure that residents are able to find the information easily, and that the TSMs are useful to them.

We recently checked in with a selection of residents who are part of our Communications and Resident Survey Groups to understand what they think to the way we communicate our TSM results.

You said…

  • It would be good to know how TCH is meeting its own targets, and how it is performing compared to other housing associations
  • You’d like to know what TCH is doing to improve low scoring areas
  • Some of the language was hard to understand
  • You would like a summary of the trending patterns where standards are not being met

We’re doing…

  • We’re looking at the suggestion of introducing a ‘traffic light’ system, so it’s easier to see how we’re performing
  • We will include more information about our plans to improve services
  • We are reviewing what we write about TSMs, to make sure it’s clear and concise
  • We’ll also look at different ways we could show and share the TSM information, both on-and off-line.

Thank you to the residents who provided this feedback. If you’re interested in sharing your thoughts on our services and the information we provide, check out the different ways you can get involved here or email the team via getinvolved@tch.org.uk
