We are looking for residents to join our Estate Services Improvement Group (ESIG) and help us monitor and evaluate cleaning and grounds maintenance services provided by our new contractors.

This is your chance to:

·        Have a direct say in how your cleaning and grounds maintenance services are delivered

·        Help us monitor and evaluate the performance of our new contractors

·        Work alongside fellow residents and TCH staff to ensure services meet your needs

·        Provide valuable feedback on what’s working well and where improvements can be made

·        Influence standards and contribute to a better living environment for everyone.

Who can join?

Any TCH resident who receive cleaning and grounds maintenance services.

We are currently looking for two residents living in North Kent and two from West Kent to represent those regions.

Training is provided, and you’ll receive a £30 gift voucher per meeting.
