Thank you to everyone for your patience while we installed our new IT and phone system at the Epsom office on 20 May.  

The work meant that we couldn’t access emails or receive phone calls (apart for emergency repair calls) for a short time on the day, and we’re sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.  

We’d like to confirm that our phone number remains the same, so you can still contact us on 0333 700 1025. The one change you may have noticed is to email addresses.  

Since Rosebery Housing Association and Town & Country Housing merged in April 2023 we’ve continued to use @rosebery.org.uk email addresses.  

From 20 May we switched to using @tch.org.uk addresses. Emails sent to @rosebery.org.uk addresses are automatically forwarded to the person you’re contacting, but the reply will come from their @tch.org.uk address.  

You will still be able to log in to your MyRosebery online account in the same way.
