We’re switching our payment provider from AllPay to PayPoint
Related Posts
From 1 October, we’ll be using PayPoint instead of AllPay for rent payments made by rent card.
We’ll be sending you a new PayPoint personal payment card in the post before this date. Please keep an eye out for it, as your existing AllPay card will no longer work from 1 October.
Using your new PayPoint rent card

- You can use your card at any PayPoint outlet – just look for the yellow PayPoint logo at your local shop.
- Hand over your card with your payment, and you’ll get a receipt each time. We recommend keeping receipts as proof of payment.
- Payments are usually credited to your account within one working day.
- You can find your nearest PayPoint outlet online at: https://consumer.paypoint.com
We’ll include a list of the closest PayPoint outlets to you when we send your new card.
Other ways to pay
If you pay by Direct Debit, there’s nothing you need to do – your payments will continue as normal. The only change you’ll notice is a new reference number on your bank statement after 1 October.
You’ll also be able to continue to pay over the phone or through your online account in the usual way.
We’re here to help

We’ll write to you with more information when we send your new card – so please watch your post in the coming weeks. This change is designed to make paying your rent simple, convenient, and accessible wherever you are.
