National Involvement Week 2025: Let’s get involved!

From 10 to 14 November, housing providers and residents across the country will be taking part in National Involvement Week – a series of free online events celebrating how residents and landlords can work together to make services better.

It’s important that our residents influence the services they receive, which is why Town & Country Housing involves its residents in lots of different ways – through surveys, community projects, and resident groups.
This helps us understand what matters most to you, and gives you the chance to see how your ideas and feedback help shape the way we work. It’s about working together to make improvements that benefit everyone.
The National Involvement Week is run by TPAS (the national tenant engagement experts) and includes 10 free online sessions, workshops and case studies. Each event looks at different ways to build stronger, more connected communities.
