SE Water has been issuing compensation to those affected by the recent water supply issues in Tunbridge Wells.   

In most cases these payments are being sent by SE Water directly to its customers.   

However, some Town & Country Housing residents’ water costs are included in their rent and service charges. In these cases, SE Water is sending the compensation directly to Town & Country Housing.   

We are working through the payments we receive from SE Water and will be contacting residents early in the new year to arrange a refund.   

In the meantime, if you believe SE Water has sent your compensation payment to Town & Country Housing, please email your postal address, bank account and sort number to info@tch.org.uk and we will forward your compensation once we receive it from SE Water.
