Town & Country Housing residents can get 20% off a one-hour Handyperson visit, as long as it’s booked by 31 March 2026. 

As a resident in one of our rented homes, we’ll always take care of most repairs, and we can also support with disability adaptations such as grab rails and ramps. 

However, there are some smaller jobs that don’t fall under our usual repairs service. That’s where our affordable Handyperson Service can help — available for over 55s, vulnerable and disabled residents living in Kent and East Sussex.
