We’re committed to keeping our residents’ homes safe, well-maintained and fit for the future – and we want to involve you in that process through two new resident engagement opportunities for the repairs service.
We are currently establishing our new Responsive Repairs Service Improvement Group.
Opportunity 1 – Responsive Repairs Service Improvement Group
The Group will meet quarterly and act as a critical friend by working with us to review performance, help identify themes for areas of continuous improvement, champion a ‘Resident First’ repairs culture and oversee delivery of the Repairs Strategic Plan action plan.
We are looking for eight individuals who are willing to work with us.
Training will be provided and no experience is necessary. We will provide you with support to fulfil your role, and we’ll also offer a £30 ‘thank you’ voucher for each meeting you take part in.

In your email, please explain why you’re interested in joining the panel. Please register your interest by Friday 13 February 2026, and we’ll be holding conversations as part of a week-long selection process, starting on Monday 23 February 2026.
Opportunity 2 – The Repairs 1% Club
If you want to get involved but need more flexibility, then this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for around 130 residents with experience of using our repairs service to share their views and positively influence the service.
Members will be offered projects and conversations to get involved with once every three months, at a minimum. No experience is needed, we simply want you to feel comfortable about sharing your views. As an example, topics could include working with us on new service commitments, mystery shopping, responding to consultations or testing a repairs booking system.
You’ll receive a thank you voucher for each project you’re involved with, and we’ll let you have details of the amount at the start of each project.
