We want to remind residents to stay alert to potential scam calls or messages from people claiming to work on behalf of Town & Country Housing.

We’ve recently heard from a number of residents who have received calls claiming to be from ‘your landlord’s repairs team’. Callers have been asking residents to share personal documents with them over WhatsApp or other phone apps.

Please note that we always introduce ourselves as being from Town & Country Housing, and we’d never ask you to share personal documents in this way.

We understand that it can be hard to know if the person you’re speaking to is who they say they are. If you’re in any doubt please contact us directly – we’re always happy to confirm whether a call, message or visit is genuine.
