There’s still time to get involved and help shape our new Repairs Strategic Plan, which will be published in the Spring.  

The plan covers our approach to responsive repairs. These are the day-to-day repairs that residents need in their homes, rather than large scale programmes of work to replace, for example, bathrooms or windows.  

Thank you to all the residents who have already provided feedback to help shape this document.
