You will have recently received a new PayPoint rent card through the post. We’ve sent you this to correct a problem with the payment reference number – you can read more about that here. 

The letter that came with the card included details of your three nearest PayPoint locations. However, an error at our printers meant that the first PayPoint location may have included part of your home address.  

We’re sorry that this happened, and would like to reassure you that your address was not shared with any other resident.
