Last month, in our You Said, We’re Doing update, we shared that we were creating a new Jargon Buster to help explain some of the more housing specific or technical terms we occasionally need to use in our communications.  

While we always aim to explain more complex or industry specific terms when we use them, residents have told us they would like a guide to commonly used terms.   

We’re pleased to say that our new Jargon Buster is now live on our website. We’ve included short, clear explanations of key terms, shaped by feedback from our Communications Services Improvement Group.
