We’re inviting residents to take part in an in-person focus group to help us test the PayPoint rent and service charge payment app and share feedback.

Who should take part?

The session is open to all residents, but we are especially keen to hear from those who currently pay their rent through:

• Our automated payment system
• Your customer portal account (MyHomeOnline or My Rosebery)
• Over the phone with our Customer Services team
• A PayPoint outlet in shops

What would I do?

You’ll be asked to:

• Test access to the PayPoint app using your own iPhone or Android device
• Share your feedback
