Supporting Tenants & Residents Associations
Related Posts
We’re working with our colleagues at Peabody Group to review how we recognise and support Tenants & Residents Associations (TRAs).
TRAs are formed by residents to improve the area they live in, giving residents a voice in how their area is managed.
As resident groups, your experiences, ideas and honest feedback are essential in helping us shape a clearer, fairer and more supportive TRA policy. You can see the current TRA policy here.

We would really value your thoughts on TRAs, so we’ve put together a short survey that asks about:
- your experience of TRAs in your area
- how easy recognition and support feels
- what funding and training you find helpful
- what support you think TRAs need more (or less) of.
Your input will help us make sure the updated policy truly meets the needs of residents and reflects the way you want TRAs to work in your communities.
You can complete the survey here, by midday Monday 20 April 2026.
Please feel free to share this link with other members of your group or neighbours who may want to take part. The more voices we hear, the better the policy will be.
If you have any questions or need support completing the survey, just let us know, we’re always happy to help. You can contact us by emailing getinvolved@tch.org.uk or calling 01892 501480.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your views.
