We’re looking for around 130 residents with experience of using our repairs service to share their views and positively influence the service.
Members will be offered projects and conversations to get involved with once every three months, at a minimum.
No experience is needed, we simply want you to feel comfortable about sharing your views. As an example, topics could include working with us on new service commitments, mystery shopping, responding to consultations or testing a repairs booking system.
You’ll receive a thank you voucher for each project you’re involved with, and we’ll let you have details of the amount at the start of each project.
