As part of our fire safety measures we are sending Annual Fire Safety Letters to residents who live in flats that have a communal escape route.

The letters will also be displayed on communal notice boards, alongside Fire Evacuation Notices for each building.
If you live in a flat with a communal escape route, please do take the time to read the letters. They include key fire safety information, including:
- The fire evacuation strategy in your building
- What to do in a fire emergency
- Fire door safety guidance
- Fire door inspections (dependant on the building height)
- How to obtain a copy of your building’s Fire Risk Assessment
- Key information about Residential Personal Emergency Plans (RPEEPs), should you need help leaving your home in the event of an emergency
Keeping residents updated is an important part of ensuring a safe living environment for everyone. Please take time to read this information. If you have any questions about fire safety, please get in touch with us via buildingsafety@tch.org.uk.
