Two panel members, Abdul and Jacqueline, recently participated in a joint resident training session led by TPAS, along with residents from two other local social housing providers; West Kent Housing and Folkestone and Hythe District Council. They discussed social housing regulation, resident influence/engagement, shared ideas, information and useful learns.

Reviewing services and making recommendations

The panel undertakes in-depth reviews of TCH services and makes recommendations to our Board for improvement. Panel members bring a wealth of personal and professional views and come from a range of backgrounds and geographical locations.

The panel are currently reviewing how TCH listens, hears and acts on the resident voice and expect to make their service improvement recommendations to Board in October 2026.
