What does the group do?
The Estate Services Improvement Group gives residents the chance to share feedback and help improve estate services across TCH communities. This can include things like grounds maintenance, grass cutting and hedge trimming, cleaning of communal areas, bin stores and shared spaces, in short generally anything impacting the appearance and upkeep of neighbourhoods.
The group works with TCH teams to discuss residents’ experiences, review services and suggest improvements.
We recently shared an update through our “You said – We’re doing” series about changes and improvements to estate services based on resident feedback. You can read more here: You said – We’re doing: Estate services

Why join?
You don’t need any specialist knowledge to take part — just an interest in your local community and a willingness to share your views.
Joining the group can help residents:
- understand more about how estate services work
- influence decisions and improvements
- build confidence and learn new skills
- meet and work with other residents
- help make communities cleaner, safer and more welcoming
It is also a chance to make sure the views of residents in your area are heard.
