Last autumn we changed our rent payment provider to PayPoint. While most residents pay by direct debit, there is the option to pay at one of the 30,000 local shops that offer PayPoint services.

Over the last couple of months we’ve been hearing from residents that they can’t find their local PayPoint store. We can take payments over the phone, and we’ve recently launched a new app to allow residents to pay via their smartphone. However, we do know that some residents prefer to pay in store.

PayPoint’s website has a page that allows you to search for outlets closest to your post code. We’ve now updated the Contact Us section of our website to include a clear link to the PayPoint store locator, and we’ll be further promoting the link via our Facebook account in the coming weeks.
