We’re continuing to run the majority of our repairs services during the heatwave, however we are rescheduling appointments for work in lofts and on roofs

With temperatures forecast to reach mid-to-high 30s this week and an Amber Alert in place for the South East, it is not safe for operatives to work in lofts or at height.

This is because temperatures are much higher in, and on, roof spaces.

We have contacted all residents who will be affected by this and will continue to monitor the situation while the extreme heat continues.
