We’ve launched our Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) Publication Scheme – you can find it here.
STAIRs is a new legal requirement that helps social housing residents access information about their landlord’s services, decisions and performance.
The Government introduced STAIRs to improve transparency across the social housing sector. It supports tenants by making it easier to access information about their landlord, the services they provide and how decisions are made.
We’ve worked with residents to create our STAIRs webpage. It includes information on who we are, how we make decisions and how we manage your homes. Under STAIRs, this information is known as a Publication Scheme.
We will review and update the Publication Scheme regularly to ensure information remains accurate, current, and useful. Where new information becomes available, we will publish it as soon as reasonably practicable.
