Help us shape how we recognise resident involvement

When you give your time, share your experiences or help us improve our services, we want to make sure your contribution is recognised in a way that feels fair and meaningful to you.
We’re developing a new Recognising Resident Engagement Policy to help make resident engagement more accessible, fair and consistent across the Peabody Group – which includes Town & Country as an operating subsidiary. The final group policy will include how we support and recognise TCH residents’ engagement. But before we decide what that should look like, we want to hear from you.
Tell us what matters to you
We’ve created a short survey to understand what encourages residents to get involved, what might make participation easier and how you would like your time, experience and contributions to be recognised.
We’ll ask about things such as what motivates you to take part, what support could make it easier to get involved, and what would encourage you to participate again. We also want to understand what recognition means to you – whether that’s knowing how your feedback has made a difference, a personal thank you, opportunities to learn new skills, financial recognition or something else.
Your answers will help us understand what works for different residents and where we may need to do things differently.
You don’t need to be regularly involved in resident engagement to share your views. The survey also asks whether you’ve taken part in the last 12 months or considered getting involved, so we’d like to hear from residents with different experiences.
Have your say
The survey should take around 5–10 minutes to complete, and your feedback will help shape our approach to recognising and supporting resident involvement in the future.
Please complete the survey by 11 October.
If you’re already involved in our resident engagement activities, we’ll also be getting in touch with you directly by email with an invitation to take part.
Take the survey and tell us what would make resident engagement work better for you.
Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us.
