Need a repair? Here’s how to book with TCH Repairs

Something needs fixing in your home? Here’s a quick guide to reporting a repair and booking an appointment with TCH Repairs. 

How to report your repair 

You can report a general repair in two ways: 

• Email: repairs.direct@tch.org.uk 

• Phone: 01892 501480 and select option 1 

When you contact us, it’s helpful to give us as much information as you can about the problem so we can understand what needs to be done. 

Booking your appointment 

Repairs appointments are available Monday to Friday. We offer a range of appointment times, including morning and afternoon slots and school run-friendly times, subject to availability. 

When you report your repair, we’ll agree a suitable appointment time with you and book it with the repairs team. 

Once your appointment is booked, you can also receive text updates to help you keep track of your repair, including a reminder before your visit and a message when the TCH Repairs team is on the way. 

Before we arrive 

Please make sure we can access your home at the agreed time. If possible, move any furniture or belongings away from the area that needs repairing so our team can get to it easily. 

If you have a disability or need some extra help preparing for the appointment, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to support you.
