Resident Voice Panel

Residents shaping strategy and holding us to account

What does the panel do?

The Resident Voice Panel is a group of 9 involved residents who act as a “critical friend”, to hold us accountable and work with us to continually improve services.  It has a number of key ways in which it helps the TCH management team and governance structure, including:

  • Shaping the strategic direction of TCH and participating in business planning
  • Review performance with a focus on TSMs and reality checks
  • Review our service commitments
  • Champion the agenda for tackling social housing stigma and holding a special interest in equality, accessibility and inclusion.

When and how do they meet?

We hold quarterly meetings either in person and/or online – according to the preference of the group.

What support do we offer?

You'll get training from us and independent external providers, attendance at conferences and individual support provided by the resident engagement team.

What we offer in return:

  • Financial allowance/vouchers

Meet the panel
