Following the merger between TCH and Rosebery Housing Association, TCH became the landlord for all Rosebery residents. The TCH policies listed below apply to former Rosebery residents and their homes, except for the TCH Lettings Policy and Responsive Repairs Policy because different local arrangements still apply.  The legacy Rosebery policies for these areas are listed below.
