Back in June we asked you to complete a survey to help us develop our new Resident Engagement Strategy. We have been analysing your feedback and can now share our initial findings with you.

• You would like to get involved digitally and from the comfort of your own home
• You would be interested in giving your feedback through surveys and focus groups
• You would be interested in mystery shopping our services.

If you would like to be involved in the design of the strategy, come along to our co-creation workshop.

Location: Online via Microsoft Teams.

You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge of resident engagement to take part in the workshop. The aim of this session will be to build on what you have already told us and to help shape the future of our resident engagement opportunities.
