As your landlord we are responsible for the maintenance of your home, and we aim to fix problems as quickly as possible.

Our planned maintenance programme is work that is carried out on a cyclical basis and includes major replacements such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows etc.

Rent and service charges
Town & Country Housing is a not for profit organisation. This means that the money you pay through your rents and service charges goes towards maintaining existing homes and services.
Support and advice
Sometimes people need a bit of extra help to keep their tenancy on track. The tenancy support team provides support, advice and signposting if you need help for example due to social, health or financial difficulties.
One of the top items we’re asked to help with is around finances. If you are worried about money, or think a change in your personal circumstances may impact on your finances and want some advice, please speak to us.
