We’re currently consulting on the following policies and would love to know what you think about them:

• Hoarding policy – a policy looking at how we will work with someone if excessive clutter (hoarding) negatively impacts their life or others, including if it presents health and safety risks such as fire safety concerns
• Self neglect policy – this policy communicates how we will support people who are unable to attend their basic needs to facilitate positive outcomes for residents
• Cautionary contacts policy – this is a new policy which manages the safety of staff from unnecessarily persistent or violent and aggressive behaviour.
